Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

We will then send you all necessary return instructions and – if available – a return label. Returns that are made without prior contact cannot be accepted.
Conditions for Returns
Items must be in the same condition in which you received them – unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. We also require proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or invoice.

Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not possible. Please return the item and place a new order once the refund has been processed.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.
